Steering Pump Rebuild Kit

Has anybody installed a steering pump rebuild kit? If so, how difficult was it to remove the steering pump from the car and how difficult was it to rebuild it? The pump is starting to whine a bit and with the car for sale now, I want it to be as trouble free for the next guy as possible.

I changed my mind on this. Allzim.com has rebuilt pumps for $119.

What a nightmare this is turning into. The steering pump that was on my car was made by LUK and has a different mounting bracket than a ZF pump which is what you normally would see. I wonder if a previous owner got create with parts or if this came from the factory like this. Sometimes things are just never easy.
