Potential "barn find" value question

So I have a potential lead on a "barn find" 1982 928. I don't know the specifics yet, but what I do know is:

- 1982
- No accidents
- Grey ext
- Automatic
- Garage kept
- All original, with no body work
- Not driven for st least 8 years, but supposedly in 100% working order (knowing that I'm changing fluids, belts, hoses, etc)
- 42,000 original miles

The questions are:

1) Ballpark, what would you value it for?
2) What should I be looking for specifically?
3) Would it be better to not start or wash it and sell it as a 'barn find'?
