How come wipers are mounted backwards?

 

I have seen this mod on a lot of 911/930s. The reason behind it is so you have a clear line of sight when the wipers are at rest.

ill sell you my 88 factory slantnose , new engine and trans 300 miles ago k27 ,b&b exhaust and headers, large intercooler , cargraphic wheels new pistons and cylinders , all heads redone w 4 angle valve job , port and polished ,i havent even turned the boost up yet it still needs to be broken in .......i have no time to play i have a few other cars

 

I have a 1980 930 that has lots of mods and 18k on the engine rebuild that was done by the late Doc Emard out of Stone Mountain GA. I want a 2002-2004 911 turbo. I have had this car for 20 years and its very hard to get rid of.
