Question Need advice on purchasing '78 930 Turbo

Any advice/articles that you may have about this astonishing car would be very helpful indeed. Is it a manageable car, is it drivable or do you need to be a professional racecar driver to pilot one, how much will it cost in maintenance each year, are there any pitfalls when buying one, et cetera.

Pics are welcome too.

make sure that a Porsche qualified mechanic checks the car before buying! VERY critical that you do that.

know the car will leak oil. But it will really be wonderful.

There are all sorts of books written on the Turbo - check the library

I agree with Ken, the best thing is research, research, and more research! Don't take people's word, check it out for yourself - I even recommend two checks before purchase, unless you feel confident in who you choose to use.
