Hello 930 owners,

I'm about to pull the trigger on this 87 slant nose and would like to know if anybody personally knows this car or has seen this car in person. Also has anybody ever dealt with a dealer by the name of Grand Sport out in the Michigan area? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated this would be my first "older" Porsche and I would definitely like to get into one without nightmares Thanks

I would put this question on the Pelican 930 turbo board. A lot more action over there.
The looks like it's been modified, the 5 sp was not factory in '87. Definitely get a ppi before purchase.

i passed on the car.... the owner of the dealership is a ****** bag that wouldn't let me enclose trailer the car 10 miles to do a PPI and me being 2300 miles away there was no way I could commit to it. Thanks for the comments guys!

 

Very smart, there will be others and there is simply no point in taking the risk. ANY dealer that says no to a PPI should set off alarm bells, just bad biz. Good luck in your hunt!
