Anyone know who still does performance upgrades for a 87 turbo? Considering changing to a K27 and exhaust etc......

This is a dated post but fwiw we still do significant 930 upgrades in addition to the newest cars. For example, we begin work on a full on motor and engine management upgrade ala RUF yellowbird in Feb. on a clients original 30K mile 87 930 S slant nose cab. Will be in the 500 WHP range with ported oringed Carrera heads, race valve train, modified Carrera intake, MOTEC M800 standalone engine management with integrated boost control, possibly enabled TC, shuffle pinned case with windage, billet crank, high lift cams, LWFW, Garret turbine(S) [haven't decide on single or twin set up yet].

The last one we completed put down 535WHP @1.2 bars with similar hardware but Electromotive management.
