Anybody know this car 89 turbo on Ebay

Hi,

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...101845742&rd=1

This 89 slopenose cab is on Ebay at a Luxury Motorcars on Route 1 Lake Park Fl. Has anybody seen this car. It looks it excellent shape. Strange there are no bids on it. If anybody lives near there if they can take a look and let me know what you think. I do not want to fly down there unless absolutely necessary. I am in NJ. It would greatly be apprecaited. You can E-mail me at Arnold.Solomon@Roche.com or use the forum Thanks in advance

Arnie

That car looks pretty beat up just from the pics, wont sell for the price asking. I have been seriously looking into buying an impact bumper turbo...you can get ALOT nicer car for half their price. Sound system means nothing in these cars either...adds no value at all.
I highly doupt the cars milage is correct with the interior looking that worn out. I would bet if you add 100,000 miles it will be correct.

Yeah, I was thinking the front rubber looked bad and the front lip is demolished.

Also from the pics...it appears that the seams dont match along the hood. Was the carpet as clean as they could get it...or were they too lazy to vaccume it? If they really wanted to get that kind of money out of this car, they could have spent some money on new rubber, like the chin spoiler, and on the bumpers..etc. I am not so sure those seats are origanl.

My 83 has just over 100,000 miles....the interior looks 10 times better, and my exterior looks 100 times better.

Dont get me wrong...a factory slant is a sweet ride. But if I am going to spend that kind of money it had better be perfect.

The seats are original factory non-sport seats.

I agree, for that kind of money, it shouldn't look like that...
