I just bought a 1989 turbo cab. I am tryingto find out how many were made in 1989 and ofthose how many were sold in the U.S. I have heard numbers as low as 150 and as high as 450. I think those numbers are waht was sold in the U.S. but I am not sure. Would appreciate if anybody can point me in the right direction. My new old car is guards red, tan interior, and has only 14,500 miles. I would post a picture but for sme reason I can not do it.

According to Peter Morgan's book, there were:

600 1989 Turbo Cabs for the US market
244 1989 Turbo Cabs for ROW

 

Thanks for the information. I beleive your numbers are correct but it is more than I thought were made.

 

Appreciate pictures of it. A friend of mine used to own an '89 Guards Red with Black 930 Cab. Pity he sold it a few years back.
