Great cars to drive...
Welcome aboard....
Had an 89 Turbo S (951 S) which was a surprisingly fast and superbly balanced chassis to drive with its trans-axle layout. Especially with a larger turbo and manual boost controller
It was a winning formula in its day, designed to replace the 911. The 89 Turbo S were spec'ed to the origanal "Porsche Cup Car" formula. They ran the support races for F1 back then. Height adjustable coilovers, LSD, larger brakes borrowed from the 928S, transmission cooler, oil cooler, even high flow metallic cats. It was a pretty well sorted car, not to mention it looked pretty cool, love the subtle aerodynamic touches...
Kind of miss her, until I remember the maintenance costs/issues....
