Update to earlier post. Had to pull the cd changer to send out for repair. I sent the unit to Factory Radio Service & Repair in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca--they had also repaired the radio. Unit is now back and installed, working like new. I'm excited as this helps to keep my car in its original condition. The service is fast and very reasonable. Thanks again for your help. I followed the instructions but the changer just would not free up. The repair company replaced a couple micro processers and few other things plus there was a cd stuck in the unit--which I could not see. I sent the shop a copy of the bulletin you provided me. Again thank you. Works like new now. I will get photos--took some but not the best. The car is Midnight Blue Metallic with tan leather.
