anybody got some nice pics of modded or on stock wheels 964? how does this car drive? i would be looking for a raw car, something a lot of fun, and for me the look of the 964 turbos cannot be beat, i love 993's but something about the 964 draws me.


post some impressions, and what are the must do mods for these cars? i would keep mine on stock wheels, lower it, but i don't know what else.

 

You might want to check rennlist.com-964 turbo section. Lot more activity there,and lots of usefull information. As for mods go, it depends on how deep your pockets are. EFI conversion would make the car a BEAST (not that it is a sheep).

 

If you want raw than a 965 or 930 is what you need. I have a 560 rwd 965 that is a handfull. Much different experience than the 993 and 996 TT's

Put Ruf wheels on it, the car looks tough as nails with them on IMO

Yeah, the 930 is about as raw as it gets. Definitey a pure sports car that requires tons of driver involvement and concentration.
