First 911 or 964 should I say!!!!

So i've been a long time VW driver and Porsche lover. I just sold my 315HP MK3 GTI VR6 for my dream car. Its my 35th birthday present to myself. God I love this thing so far. Its everything I had imagined it would be.....
Here are a few pics of the car I recently sold!!!

And of course my new pride and Joy. Its a US car (seattle area), 1993 C2, 44,000miles and counting. So far so good but don't be surprised to see a lot of stupid questions as although I'm very familiar with Porsche and 911's, this is the first i've owned!!!
Enjoy......

[Cheers
Derek

Wow, gorgeous.

I love it.

I've always tinkered around with the idea of an older Porsche but don't have nearly enough knowledge in store in case something happens / breaks and how to fix it.

Not sure how much a particular car like the one you purchased goes for either but regardless, money well spent.

Congrats!

Your old car was really cool! The new one is just as nice. Are those Work wheels?

I really want a 964, but Im afraid of the repair costs.

Very nice car, I think we both need to fix the front bumper smiles on our cars, maybe a Calgary 964 meet to fix the front bumpers, haha. I also really like the wheels.

Ha Ha!! Yeah I've been meaning to fix that. Sure don't see too many 964's around in Calgary. What color is your 89?

I'm actually out near Olds, but I'm in Calgary pretty much 3 days out of the week. My 89 is Slate Grey.

I find that Calgary is 95% 996/997/Boxster and then 5% older Porsches.

Love this car. As soon as I get rid of the M3, this is what I'm going to start looking for.
