I wanted to get feedback on how much would you offer this version below. He is asking NADA pricing which seems higher than I expected. I am new to Porsche.

I am the 2nd owner, purchased it in 1996 with 12K miles
always garaged, no snow and little rain
always maintained
37.5 K miles currently
passed a VA inspection (emissions and safety) in May, 400 est miles ago
the car includes:
all wheel drive
5 speed manual
leather in excellent condition, no cracks
excellent carpet
PW, PS, PB, PLocks, PMirrors
8 way power seats
cold AC
power sunroof
way upgraded sound system: JVC radio with HD radio, MP3 CD, Alpine 500W amp and subwoofer (and no holes in the car to install it!)
cupholder (don't laugh, nice ones are impossible to find--and this is very nice)
everything works
I have the Porsche manual, all 1000 pages of it
original toolkit
battery tender for when it isn't driven for long periods

 

There is a sticky thread in rennlist forums in the 964 section about prices, that will give you an idea of the market.

 

with that milage I'd guess close to 30k or more.

The gentleman with the info above is selling and was asking for $34.5k
