991TT Lowering Springs for the Early Owners???

I was finally able to actually see a 991TT-S in person earlier this week and the car is incredible to see. But I cant seem to figure out why it sits so high vs a 991 C4S (Spasm) that was next to in the showroom.

Anyone that is an owner or is going to be an owner sourced an option for springs? On my 997TT and 997.2TT I dropped them both using GMG springs and the ride remained incredible while dropping about 20mm in stance. I was able to retain the stock dampening adjustments as well.

Im about to get my 991TT and was hoping someone has a source or shares the same thoughts as I do?

Vic,

Off-topic, but did you install springs on your C4S, too? I'm considering lowering my C2S, but I don't want to sacrifice the ride quality.

The stance is a little high I agree, and the ride is softer than the 991S, I'm going to see how I feel about it after tracking, but I'll probably be considering this too.

No I left the factory springs on the C4S--- it sits 20mm lower than the stock 991 with SPASM which is fine for me. I think the Turbo sits 10mm lower so its just a bit high.

I've been communicating directly with H&R on this. So far they haven't given me an ETA on the springs, but we should hopefully see them very soon. Apparently H&R Germany is working on it and almost ready to release.
