911 Floor Mats - help indentify which year these are for

Hi,

The previous owner had these floor mats installed in my 2003 996tt when I bought it. Since this is a silver car with a black interior, I replaced them with some stock black mats from Porsche.

However, now I'm left with 2 Carrera S brown/tan floor mats from Lloyd Mats and I don't know what year these are for. Any help so I can eventually determine the correct year range and unload these? The driver's side fit my 2003 996tt just fine, but the passenger side had an odd curve near the top which did not look right for the 996. Are these for the 991 by chance?
