I'm not surprised at all. The question is, IMO, how much more weight will that 150 extra HP from the Hybrid system add to the car?

I highly doubt we will see this in the 991 turbo. Definitely could see it in the next gen cars. For that added HP/TQ Porsche would have to redesign a lot of the power/drivetrain. Way too involved to do midrun

Agree, and it will come in base cars first. Nice, high volume, low stress test bed. Although unit cost will still be high, some trickle down from the 918 will offset that.
