GIAC software is now available for the 991 Turbo S!
Other than what we've heard of S pistons with a slightly thicker deck, the difference in horsepower is reputed to be a result of the calibrations between the two models. It not like the S is making more power from different turbos, ported heads and upgraded exhaust. The aftermarket doesn't care which car should make more power to help justify it's premium.
I would 'guess' the TT would make power pretty much on par with the S once both are tuned. I'm sure we'll hear more soon.

If they are calling this an OBD II flash, then it makes sense it would be on a programmer you plug into your OBD port and download into the ECU, not ECU removal and send it in for a flash. IF it is not a programmer, you remove the ECU, send it to them, they flash it, send it back to you, and you reinstall in the car.
Congrats guys! I'm sure this is the one to go for!
However, you saw gains of 30-60 TQ to the wheels… 60 is twice the number 30 is… Are you referring to the different areas of the powerband? Otherwise that would be a very inaccurate statement (100% difference right there).
Keep it up!

It comes close to the tuned S. Stock vs stock, the difference in wheel HP between the Turbo and the S was only about 18 whp or so. The gains for the Turbo are slightly more (meaning the delta between stock and tuned, not overall) so it brings the tuned Turbo pretty close to the same numbers as the tuned S.
We can arrange for it to be done at one of our dealers for you.

I am in Orlando, so if I chose the GIAC software I could just drive down to Pompano stock and back home flashed.

Yup...that's exactly right.
Great news, I've got couple of inquiries.
for which climate is the tune is made for? could it handle degrees of 105 F?
Is there any increase in boost for this tune? if so how much boost is increased?
Can a custom tune be made for exhaust and manifold?

Boost is increased, yes. The gauge in the car will not read about 17 psi (I believe), but we are safely running higher then that.
We have tunes available for cars with and without upgraded exhaust systems. We will also have a tune for cars with upgraded intercoolers very soon.
Vorsteiner's 991 Turbo S has a 91 octane map in it, as does Tag MS' Turbo S. GIAC is located in Southern California and we only get 91 octane (some of the worst, to boot).
