AWE Tuning’s answer to 991 Wind Buffeting. Introducing “The Foiler™,” coming soon.
You know that sound that happens when your window is down at speed, that makes it feel like your head is going to implode?
That’s called Wind Buffeting. It happens when you’re moving fast, and it’s quite the issue on the newest generation of Porsche 991s (including our new in house 991 TT, more on that soon!). So instead of just letting our brains melt under the pressure, we did something about it.
Coming soon, the AWE Tuning Foiler™ Wind Diffuser. The simple, elegant solution to wind buffeting in Porsche 991s.
Unobtrusive design, simple install and impressive results.

Don't worry, it won't be.
Darn, you got us.

In regards to releasing photos, we simply want to make sure this product is 100% finished and up to our standards prior to releasing it to the public. Being that this product is still in the R&D phase, the design is still not finalized, and what I might show to you may not look anything like the final product.
In the meantime, stay tuned. We'll let you know when it's ready to go.
Not debating or scolding. I am simply unable to reveal anything more than I have at this time because the product is still in development. As such, materials have not been finalized, and thus the design may change slightly in appearance. As I've stated before, this topic isn't an official product release, but rather to let everyone know that we are actively working on a solution to a problem.
In addition to design and material change concerns, we simply don't want anyone to pirate our design. It's a simple solution, but it's one that we've been working hard at perfecting, and to have our hard work stolen out from under us this late in the development process would be frustrating to say the least.
Please, be patient. We will be releasing this soon, but until then, I can't divulge any further details other than the fact that your eardrums will thank you in the future.
