My friends, I find myself in a position where I have no recourse except to offer my sincerest apologies to all members of this forum. I feel like I have been neutered. Even though I am a site admin I have ZERO control over the bull**** Ford ads that are popping up in the 991 section...in fact, my superiors at Internet Brands can't seem to do anything about it either..I know you are all frustrated by the off topic ads and I just want you to know how frustrated I am that I can't do anything about it. My stomach is in knots and I'm about to go postal!!!!

Thanks for the apology, but don't sweat it. The Ford ads, while incongruous on this forum, do not particularly bother me. I realize that sponsorship is required and also that Ford has focused on performance lately, which is a very encouraging development if for no other reason that it intensifies competition among manufacturers for enthusiast support.

 

Ford, ya they're ok. Pop ups suck but its that kind of world we live in. Now if it was Nissan pop-ups I'd say we should be concerned. lol

Thx for the concern and effort. It really doesn't bother me at all, I figure it's just part of business for free. Who knows most of us have 2-3 cars and might be needing a Ford someday. Also it was kind of minor ads.
