Tom,
Can you explain what benefits and specs on intercoolers are when you have it available?
I there are alot of us out here that are excited about them.
Thanks
Fally
Thanks for all the nice comments guys! These intercoolers have been a big deal for us, and we wanted to wait until we got them just right before releasing. There's a lot more to the kit besides just the two coolers. It will also include a full hose kit and what would be considered a y-pipe on the 991TT/S. When we do a full release, I'll also include all of our flow test data as well as fitment specs and pictures of them installed on our car. But right now....just a little more patience as we get everything together and ready.

And can you offer them with Tial Bov welded on them ?
Really I'm happy to see some parts are coming out because we are waiting for intercoolers, Y pipe , upgraded turbos , tuning for the 991 turbo. Great job champion.
Thanks again! I should be able to give you guys all that information soon. Just a little longer.
I doubt we will offer them with a Tial Bov welded on. As of right now, there's no need for that. The 991TT's VTG turbos work on a boost recirculation system, so as long as you're using VTG turbos, there would be no need for a BOV. As of right now, no one is offering a non-VTG turbo setup for these cars, and I know that we certainly do not plan to.
This result would not happen with a modded 991 TTS. But hopefully one day soon, it will as more mods roll out.
This same result would happen with a modded 991 TTS just not as bad, I raced Longboarder that same weekend, and was a few car lengths back, If the race against the F-12 was from a dig it would have been real bad. No question mine would have beat him. In april I ran the Mojave Mile and a half, we were not allowed to use launch control so we just rolled into it. I ran a 193mph and the F-12 went 193 and a Mclaren 12c went 192. So with the Giac stage 2 tune my 991 TTS will out run either of these cars ( if they are stock ) to 200mph
Just another quick teaser before we do a final release on the intercoolers in separate thread. Currently doing some before/after, same day/same car dyno testing and will update with that info soon. In the meantime here's a pretty pic of our completed coolers. As you can see, they're 4.5" thick cores and perhaps the most important feature is our top-secret end-plate technology that allows us to have 18 cooling rows as opposed to the 15 of the factory coolers.
Here's one more, from the flow-testing we did versus stock. Rather then just put them on the car and hope they work, do a few data logs and pray for the best, we actually work in very specific theory first before testing in a real world situation. If our cores, end-tanks, and the completed setup can't show some very concise data on the testing equipment which shows clearly improved flow, we go back to the drawing board. Engineering.

Thanks! One thing our customers can always count on is that when we release a product, it's been thoroughly engineered and tested on our own in-house cars, before we release it to the public. What you get is a finished product.
Funny side note...I was reading on another forum about our new intercoolers. Unfortunately I can't post on there because we're not an advertiser, but I saw someone refer to us as "a dealership pretending to be a tuner"....LOL And it made me wonder....what about all the tuners pretending to be tuners LOL
