Have a 2015 Turbo S with 700 Miles on it. I noticed the Film on the factory stone guards is pitted. Looks great in the garage. Problem is if you look closely in direct sunlight and or use bright light. Is this normal? I usually add clear bra. Never liked the plastic over the paint and prefer the car without it.

 

Normal. It is doing its job, and the tires are really sticky, so they are going to throw up stuff against it. Seems more visible with certain car colors as well. What color is yours?

A prefer to remove the factory film and have my PPF guy install Xpel Ultimate with increased coverage area. No yellowing, warranty, self-healing, and greater coverage overall.

 

KN-I removed the factory stone guard and replaced it with SUNTEK. I went with the green line and down the rocker. It looks better and there is much more protection.
