How to remove side vent and cooling duct?

Hi guys, I just about an hour ago received my 2016 Turbo S. Wasn't until got it into my garage that I noticed about a 1" ding/dent in passenger rear fender about 5" above wheel lip. Car is lightly used, but transport driver offered to cover. I have a great dent guy but we need access. easiest way is to remove side vent and cooling duct. (alternative is removing wheel and wheel liner, but prefer not to). Does anyone know how to remove these? the vent itself I believe pulls out of the clips, its the cooling duct that seems more involved.

If need be I will have dealer do it, but any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Unless you have a lift, have it done. I am having my local guy do it. Not taking it to a dealer. Have ramps and have taken my interior and bumper off/out/apart, so it's not that I feel it's technically challenging. Just not realistic without a lift.

Also, go to a site that has exploded part drawings. It will give you a better idea. Sonnen OEM parts site has the diagrams.

Thanks buddy. I ended up calling the new local porsche dealer and at first, he's telling me 1.5 hours each way @ $175/hr (which is absurd but I could be wrong). then he called back with Tech, and offered to do round trip for 1/2 hour or about $87.00. He's not sure if he has to remove wheel and wheel well liner or the air vent and duct but will be same. He also offered to have my Dent guy work on it in their shop, which is unusual and very very nice! That's the route I'm gonna take. Unfortunate that it arrived that way, but car is basically perfect in every other way. was completely wrapped in plastic when it arrived, but a little grease here and there and some very minor rock chips up front. No bottom scraping, car seems driven very subtly. Took her once around the block - HOLY CRAP! Then I let my son do the same ...... Hospital should be releasing him shortly from a PANIC ATTACK! LOL. Kidding. what an awesome car!!!

thanks for your help.

Glad it worked out. Sounds like your dealer is doing right by you and that's great to hear.

Going around the block once in a TT(S) is all that's needed to find God. ;-)

Enjoy the car every minute.

Best
