Who's going to the Silver State Classic in September
Looks like they have a 1/2 mile and 1 mile shootout. In addition they have rally brackets from 95 mph to 180+ mph. The event closes off about a 90 mile course in Eastern Nevada in September. Looks like a lot of fun.

In 1999 a good friend ran this in his stock NSX:
Nevada Silver State Challange. A VERY HIGH SPEED event on Nevada's Hwy 318. Took FIRST PLACE in the 135 MPH speed class with an average speed of 135.0281 MPH over 90 miles. This was his first time competing in this type of event.
