Economical Mod for Off-Road Use Only
We have made a cat-bypass kit for 991 Turbo owners that take their cars to the racetrack. It's a simple bolt-on part that replaces the factory catalytic converter section of the exhaust. Unlike the older 996 and 997 the 991 turbo has a separate catalyst pipe that can easily be changed.
We have tested the car with the cat-bypass pipe and with the cat-bypass pipe combined with a tune. Other than these 2 modifications, the car is completely stock.
