I don't quite understand the need for this upgrade because it only save 1 lb for a lot of money (I don't race), but if mine begins to rust I'll think long and hard about getting my company logo laser etched onto a set of yours lol.

Notice what grade of Titanium they mention these are made of....or where they are made.

We come from a medical background machining surgical screws out of aerospace certified grade 5 6AL-4V titanium to very strict tolerances. Basically what we are manufacturing here is an enlarged version of these.

Its not like most titanium things are not made from 6AL-4V, its only the most popular alloy.
