wondering if anyone can confirm if an extended 12.5mm wheels at the rears would rub or no if the car is lowered?

to be exact, this what I am looking for:
20x9.5 ET+45 (extended 12.4mm over stock) 245/35/20 tires
20x12 ET+50 (extended 12.4mm over stock) 305/30/20 tires

I've done below set-up before and was fine:
20x9.5 ET+45 (extended 12.4mm over stock) 245/35/20
20x12.5 ET+60 (extended 9.7mm) 345/25/20
