Front lift system on the 991?

Does anyone know if Porsche will offer a front lift system for the 991 Carrera/Turbo?

The front overhang is shorter than on the 997 but I still feel that a front lift system would be very helpfull.
Many of the other sportscar makers are offering this system and Porsche have a system on their own which they offered on a couple of their 997 GT cars.

Considering how often a 997 Turbo owner scrapes his/her front lip you would think a lot of people would tick this option on the 991.

As you stated yourself, the overhang is (1.3 inches) shorter on the 991. Having spent a significant amount of time with the 997, I can safely say I never had any problems with a non-GT or -Turbo car scraping. I'm sure they'll offer it on the cars with more aggressive splitters/lips. However, the Sport or Cup Aerokit on the 991 may present some clearance issues. In the end though, it's just plastic.

never heard of lift and dont think it'd be needed unless the car is lowered or a gt model

I think it'd be a great option and if they follow the lead on the 997's, it's an easy money maker because it was NOT a cheap option. They should just train their sales people to push that option a little harder. For those of you who don't know what we're talking about, here's a vid.
