What is that tube for?

Hi Today, i went cleaning my 991S and noticed there is a long cleared tube hanging on the right/front underneath the car. My car is UK, right hand drive.

This is quite an outstanding object when I look down underneath the car.
So I wonder that have any one notice the same thing? is it common? or something wrong? My best guess would have be the draining water tube from air con?

Any comment is greatly appreciated.
