Our P40SC Series is actually quite light.

I would estimate them coming in at 21 lbs front and 23-24 lbs for the rear.

The P44SC seems to be the lightest of the series

My fault! I meant to type Pilot SuperSport! A set of them arent as expensive at around $1450-1500/set

As far as the R888's go. They dont make it in a 991 application otherwise they are a good bang for the buck...

Thanks, I had PSS on my last car, they seem to be more of a street tire than a track tire to me.

SM_ATL has a set of R888s on his Victor Innsbruck 19" track setup. I am not sure what size they are though. I am assuming that they are 265/30/19 and 305/30/19, but he has not confirmed this yet.

What are your thoughts about those tire sizes? Is the outside diameter too small? If I am correct, stock OD's are 26.8f and 27r. the R888's in those sizes would be 25.4f and 26.5r

I am back home and will post the exact sizes tonight.
I spent a day at the track with the Innsbrucks + R888's and they worked GREAT. Lots of grip, even when compared to my street Michelin PSS, very little wear and nice complement to the BBK I installed (braking distance noticeably reduced).

Here are the rim and tire sizes. I am running a bit more narrow than what you assumed but the result on the track is just fine.

Front: 19x8, 888's in 235/35
Rear: 19x11, 888's in 295/30
