The kerning (spacing) looks weird when you do that. The tail of the S is so long that it puts it far away from the final 1 of 911 and looks odd. Would advise against it.

I am leaning to P O R S C H E 911 - it actually makes the back end look more juicy. Worse comes to worse I can always re-order the letters if I don't like it.

I think "P O R S C H E" spaced out the way it is looks good enough and adding 911 Carrera S gets a little too crowded. I am considering changing mine in this way

The model designation is definitely way too much especially since the font is different. Unfortunately you can't have the factory delete "PORSCHE" so I will either leave it or floss it off.

I agree, however it is consistent with the back end treatment on the Cayenne and Panamera (and new Boxster)

Went for "Carrera S" in Black using a Carrera GTS emblem.
There are enough Porsche logo's around the car.
More for aesthetic reasons than anything else...
