Actually I've changed my mind since I posted that hehehe.
I think I'm going to take everything of my 991 and replace it with the Carrera 4S lettering of the 996...

The S used on the OP's car is actually from the 996 C4S (ya can tell by the notch on the S, this where the 4 slides in).
The great thing is regardless of what one does... you can change your mind and just have some fun with it.

I left the PORSCHE emblem in place (so far) and replaced the model emblem with a chrome 991 font "911S" emblem.

De-badging is the best route.

I am thinking about having nothing but the "911S" emblem on the back. I like the previous "turbo and turboS" scrips without the "Porsche" emblem.

Sid,
That could look nice. I am ok with the stock, but I thing almost anything is better so it is hard to go wrong. You can, as you said, just change it again. I find branding interesting. Every Ford produced in 2005-2009 said "ford" someplace and/or had the blue oval - all but the Mustang - not a Ford on it. Interesting!

You know what lots of us talk but you actually tried something different so whether you stick with what you've got now or decide to try something else... props to you!
