Why No Variable Steering?
I find it curious that Porsche (and other manufacturers) offer so much control and personalization of the car's driving dynamics on the fly, yet they don't offer different steering set-ups.
You'd think with electric steering this would be even easier to offer.
You can adjust your suspension on the fly with PASM.
You can adjust your exhaust note on the fly with PSE.
You can adjust your car's throttle response on the fly with the Sport/Sport Plus button.
Yet you can't push a button to have sportier steering on the fly when you want it?
I wonder why not?
