My 991s June build spec

BASE 911 Carrera S
U2 GT Silver Metallic
AG Black standard interior
250 Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
640 Sport Chrono Package
658 Power Steering Plus
840 SportDesign steering wheel
ZAC No Sunroof
P39 Prem Pkg Plus w 14-way seats

My toughest decision was color. I'm not a fan of Platinum silver because of the yellowish/golden hue, otherwise, I'd have gone Platinum silver to save $2K.

For whatever reason, even though its a June build, its currently scheduled to complete on 7/10. Its going to be a long 3 months of wait!

nice, when choosing options on a p car, pick only the essential. it'll save money and weight. the only other option i would consider is deviating stitching. a red or yellow stitching with black interior looks really nice.

There is really no need for the power steering plus, i would look in to removing that.

IDK. I am sure I am in the minority here, but I briefly test drove both with and without power steering plus and I liked it with it based on that.

I live in the city and am in tight spaces / parallel parking all the time. This will also be a DD for me. The additional power steering boost in that type of driving is nice and once you are up to speed the steering gets heavier and more natural.

I'm planning on ordering with power steering plus. I guess it may depend on what type of driving you do.

Nice build, I also feel the same about Platinum S - it really did nothing for me in person. I drove a power steering and it was easier thats for sure. Not sure I would do it!

Nice build. Congratulations.

On the color, I was in the same boat. When I finally got to see the car in person I was very, very comfortable with the color choice and I thought it looked better than I had dared hope even. For the same reason you stated, I did not go PS. That, and my better half vetoed PS.

Edit: Looking at your build again -- our cars have a lot in common. No wonder I liked the boxes you checked...
