991 will be hugely discounted shortly.......................I cancelled my 991 and love my 09 997 C2 which I bought for $20,000 under list..............

 

The dealer I bought mine from tells me that they are not currently discounting 991s other than the USAA discount (and that price went up). They also "lent" me a 2009 997S while I was waiting for mine and they have stopped that also.

Well of course they'll be offering massive discounts on 991s shortly - now that they've found out that you canceled your order.

 

have fun - i doubt that they will 'hugely discount' the 991 - the only reason why they would is when they 992 gets introduced which will be in about.... 7 years from now.

but hey- if they do, good luck and you can order a new one and cancel it as the 992 will get a 'huge discount' 7 years later too.
