305's on Carrera Classic Wheel.

305's on Carrera Classic Wheel.
I understand that only SportTechno wheels come with 305's.
I was wondering why that is and if the Carrera Classic wheel can handle the 305's.
The shop was simply going to so swap the wheels, keeping the tires that came with the C2S Sport Techno's and mounting them on the Carrera Classic wheel.
Any problems with this? Your thoughts are appreciated?
