My stock quotes on the PCM disappear after some days of not using the car. Is there a fix, do I need a newer version of the software?

 

Mine do not go away. I would like to know how to use this feature without having to go into 9 submenues. To difficult to get to.

 

I just lost them again yesterday. They seem to last for a few days and then disappear. Also, I couldn't find any submenus. Nor could I find the symbols for the Dow Jones Industrial Average or the S&P 500. There didn't seem to be any way to bring up numbers or symbols, even theough the menu showed that field. When clicking on the symbols or number option nothing came up. So if a $ sign is needed, I have no way of finding it on the screen.
