No, It was a 2010 X5M. Thought when I bought it that it would satisfy my Sports Car Passion and carry my family around (Never ended up using it to transport my Family). It was a fast/fun car that defied the laws of physics, but didn't quite do it for me, even though I always drove the car in Manual Mode (Paddle Shifters). So happy to be in a MT SPORTS "CAR" again. I just love being fully engaged with both hands and both feet. Don't get me wrong, the PDK transmission is amazing, but for me, the MT really adds to the Fun and the overall driving experience.

GTSLVR991S is infamous around these parts
@nicoli and DBYT- yea 6speed seems like the best forum out there and thanks on the color, I'm really starting to appreciate it. And it just sounds darn cool

@dhill- wow you must be really appreciating your car, coming from a near 3 ton SUV. I also was thinking about the X5M but had my doubts of it's "family" friendliness. I just couldn't envision my 3 year old and my 1 year old "respecting" the supple nappa leather on a 100k M car. As of now, I will let my 2009 honda pilot handle the task of cushioning spilled milk, neverending crumbs, and only god knows what sticky spots. When they're ready for school, then I'll hopefully get a cayenne or such. I feel the exact same way about the manual trans, although PDK sure has its merits as well.

Congratulations on the beautiful car, and welcome to the forum. I just got here myself and already can tell it's a nice place to visit.
