2 year lease residuals is better than 3 year on 991 Base
Congrats on the great deal and amazing looking car! I too was able to capitalize on this amazing lease rate. Just picked up a Carrera $98k sticker for $940 per month with taxes in the payment. 24 months 7500 miles per year. $2200 out of pocket.
Brooklyn991, that is an amazing deal. And I thought my deal was good. If you don't mind me asking which dealer?
I'm in Brooklyn as well, in the sheepshead bay area. Where are you? This is my first p-car and I'm a bit scarred of how this car will hold up to the roads in brooklyn and in NY in geberal.

Sorry, all. Don't mean to bump an old thread, but I am currently in the market for a 911 4s, and this post was the most helpful after endless searching on forums. Wondering if there are any updates on the current moneyfactor and residuals for a 4S, 12k miles 24 month lease.
Also, from this thread (among others) it see that it's not uncommon to purchase a car from out of state and have them ship it to you. Is there some sort of central database or way to search for the color combo one is looking for? Or, is the only option to search each dealership individually.
Thanks for all the useful information in this thread, and I look forward to being a new 911 owner!

use this, provided by Porsche.com. u can go through entire US dealer network to find ur car. it's fun especially when u're bored at night.

Thanks! That is a very helpful link. Also, can someone tell me what is the name of the option where the hood is gloss black? I have only been seeing them on white cars so far during my searches.
Do you mean the hood or the roof? If roof, it's sunroof in glass. The sunroof is glass and the rest of the roof is painted black. The contrast looks really nice on a white car, IMHO, but also looks good on other colors. Glass sunroof also makes the c*ckpit feel much more airy.

These are for 15K/yr programs. Add 1 point to the residual for 12K, 2 for 10k, and 3 for 7,500. Subtract 1pt for PDK. The 15% markup on the interest rate sucks, not sure I'll fare any better.
So the 2500 payment waiver is for this ending leases early to get into new leases? I just want to confirm because I am talking to a dealer about that very thing and they never mentioned it at all....
From what I understand, there's a conquest program for people in leases set to expire in the next 6 months. They will give you a cap cost reduction credit equal to 3 of your current lease payments up to $2,500.
It's like the conquest program last year, but not as good.
Maybe that is why ... I am about a year out ... Just ready to go from Base to S...so maybe they did not mentioned because I am not in the 6 month window.... Though it would be nice if it applied to anyone getting out and getting right back into another Porsche.
