Front spoiler question

Hi all, I'm on Suncoast and wondering if I can apply the sport front spoiler in lieu of the normal front spoiler, without the SPASM and without the rear spoiler going to the more extended position.

I'm thinking it's not a big deal. Thoughts?

Should pop right on. No problems below 170. Just kidding no problems at all.

Great question - was wondering the same thing, love the more aggressive look of the sport spoiler.

5 minutes to change it over. Much nicer look. Can't address the high speed handling but normal driving not a problem. While you are at it, if you don't have the factory spacers, you can get them from Suncoast also and add a subtle but very nice touch. Both look nice.

I just did it and I like the look a lot better. Makes the car look a lot sleeker and more aggressive. Fester and Haku have great pics of what the spoiler looks like on the car. It was the inspiration for me to install mine.

I just installed the Sport Spoiler and it looks great. I noticed that once the old spoiler came off (2 parts) the sport spoiler just snapped on. My question is simple. The old screws (2) and (2) from the old spoiler transfer to the new or no need? Suncoast told me no need for the screws or pins... Thoughts?

No. If you compare the old with the new, the old had slots where you could screw in the rubber piece. The new spoiler has no such slots, so even if you wanted to, you couldn't do it. You do need to be careful with the new spoiler as it is lower. It will scrape on slight inclines, so . . .
