It's an option, but not standard.
So far, it's not shown on the US configurator, but it's there on the German and UK Porsche sites.

Perhaps I dreamt this. IIR, I read about someone going into a US dealership and pricing the lift option in to his order. However, there is a thread over on Rennlist saying that although it will be offered in Europe at least, the US may not get the lift after all.
