Haven't taken my own off (yet), but search on this forum and you'll find others who have and posted their experience. For example, check out https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ml#post3973874

From my own exploration, and having removed the entire front cover before and inspected how everything goes together -- this is a very easy procedure if you get the car front end lifted up a bit to give you better access.

Have fun!

Simple. Just ask your significant other to drive up a steep driveway. Ask me how I know. (Snapped right back on -- the SPASM one)

It just pulls right off.
Start on either end, brace the bumper with one hand, pull the spoiler with the other hand.
Repeat for other end.

Yes with a bit of effort it just rips off bare handedly. Replacing the normal lip I found was a real chore and next to impossible but the cheaper spasm upgrade goes on with ease because it is less complicated and has less clips. Once the original non spasm lip comes off just toss it in the garbage.

Does the spoiler lip 991505525011E0 fit all 991 with standard front bumper?

Your best bet is to contact Suncoast Porsche Parts or Sunset Porsche parts and ask them if that part will fit your car. They will probably want you VIN to determine if the part will fit your model car.
