No rear camera! hence your delay in purchasing!! Hmmmmm.
Btw, in 2017 they'll have even more power than in 2015.... you really should wait for that too.

Sorry but my sarcasm is manifest only because I find your reasoning quite odd, that is unless you were joking!

Camera, not really.

I just hate if I bought a 2014 which is the same since 2012 that they boost a bit more power to 420 say, and make some minor outside changes for 2015. But ya, can predict what they do.

Frank, I would entirely understand anyones frustration if they faced the above scenario. At this time in the model range I think its unlikely to happen.

Porsche usually up the power by introducing a version to the model. Meaning on the 991 platform you can expect the S to be more powerful than the standard, GTS more than S, GT3 more than GTS,... you get my point. The only time that the same version will generally get a power upgrade will be when they introduce a new model...maybe in 5 years or so.

Sounds right. And the X51 option is already there if you want more (high rpm) hp. Maybe the GTS will only be the S + X51 + a few sporty gimmicks...

On-Line services (whatever that really is) must have become standard. I was actually hoping for the rear view camera also. It's should be so simple to incorporate. I back into my garage every day, would be nice.

Guess You'll need to stick with the Rear Park Assist

Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll do the 2014 and not wait for the 2015.

Wasn't there a HP bump when they came out with the 997.2?
