Cooling system error

Hi Guys

My car has been in the dealer shop since late Thursday last week. I had a error message saying "cooling system error". The shop told me there is some kind of vacuum leak in the cooling system and they are still trying to find the leak.

Has anyone experienced this? Is it serious? I sure hope it doesn't happen all the time.

No, but remember I did have a expansion valve leak at 700 miles.

I had the same error when getting the X51 installed. They put the vacuum tubes on backwards and one spot kept popping off. After it was reseated the opposite way, no problems. Hope it's something that simple.

I was 30 miles away when it cropped up. There were no issues. The car never overheated, but if I was pushing it, I'm sure there could've been a problem.

You guys are right.
Dealer just called me saying it is related to the exhaust. He mentioned Sport exhaust, but I don't have PSE. I wonder what he was talking about. Anyway, he said a small section of the exhaust has some kind of splice and they replaced it. now it is fixed. Picking it up tomorrow.
