Hi everyone,

Last month when I purchased my 991 my salesman promised me a couple of items but since parts was closed when I signed on the dotted line he said he'd take care of it at my 60 day followup appt.

I called the dealer earlier in the week to discuss the color wheel caps and other item and I found that he no longer worked there.

I asked to speak to a manager and let them know the situation and without hesitation David said he would honor the agreement. It wasn't on the due bill.

What great service! I very much appreciate David and this dealership.

Yes, these guys rock. I shopped around and just due to David and his staff customer service and no pressure attitude, I went with them. Wait until you get to their service department and work with Gunter, the service manager. This is an A-Team!

PS: stay away from AJ in finance. I paid cash for mine yet had some not so good experiences with his service on a couple of items.

 

I second that! Great folks, no pressure what so ever.. my sales manager was Raj (Viraj) and I could not be more happier with my sales experience...

As for "the finance guy", ask for Shaun, *much* better than AJ!
