Wow !!! Even though I could never imagine this for myself I must say he has kept it very simple . In Miami there is an actual Porsche design property which offers a similar idea but with more luxury . This is an interview about the project

An old friend grew up in Texas and he once told me that the goal in summer was to be able to leave one's home and arrive at a destination without ever leaving an air conditioned space. This new building should help.
