Long time lurker, first time poster.

I have a 2014 911 & a 2-month old infant. What have guys found for car seats for infants? I found a few posts relating to booster seats for older toddlers and children, but mine is still an infant.

Well there is two ways to go. A seat that has a lockable base works but severly limits front passenger space in front of car seat. If you don't use the 911 every day, just using the seat without the base buckled in gives you a little more room, although some will debate if that's very safe.

 

Infant car seats are rear facing and generally leave no room for the seat in front. Some cars don't have enough room even with the passenger seat all the way forward. I can't say for sure in the 911, mine's not here yet and thankfully my kids have grown past the infant stage

You'll probably have a tough time getting the carrier into the back seats to begin with (if you go with a lock in base style) unless of course you have a cab. I use to slide my daughter through the window into the back of my CLK when she was little. I bet the engineers at MB never thought about how useful that pillar less design would be for sliding a baby into her car seat.
