I had an opportunity to drive the C7 on the track at a Corvette Precision drive event at Palm Beach Int. Speedway. It is quite a piece of work for half the price of a 991C2S. I was not too impressed with the Automatic but the 7 speed with rev matching was smooth. The interior feels more fighter -jet and cozier than the 991.

Point being that recently the Scion was rated above the new Cayman, and in another review the Cayman was reviewed above the 911. So based on those, the Scion is a better car than the 911.

Those magazine articles where a Corvette has beat an F12, basically throws out a lot of the concepts that we, as enthusiasts, have adopted over many years.

Magazines will publish articles based on readers propensity to buy them. If the Ferrari won, the Porsche 2nd, and the 'Vette 3rd, who would read it?
