Screw in my front passenger tire (question)
It should also be noted that I've been monitoring the PSI in the instrument cluster over the last two weeks and the pressure has remained with slight fluctuations of +1/-1.
Driving around LA, I always have my screen set to PSI screen so I can monitor my air pressure.

Last week I put a plug in my wifes SUV tire before her and our daughter took a road trip, didnt think twice about it.
+1!
If you drive your car like a typical person drives his DD don't worry about it..

Ended up getting it patched. Every tire place I called recommended a plug and patch method so ended up going with that. Shop did a great job. Hopefully will last me another 4-7000 miles and then I will replace all four. Thanks for everyone's help!
It can be plugged (not patched) should cost you about $45. Definitely don't need a new tire unless it's a screw through the sidewall. Some Porsche dealers won't do it (for liability reasons) but it's 100% safe and any reputable tire shop will do it for sure. I've had about four plugs done over the year. Never had an issue with any. A proper plug is considered a 'good as new' fix.
The OP said the tire was holding pressure, which could mean that the screw has not penetrated all the way through the tire. I have been lucky before had had an object in my tire that did not penetrate past the tread and I was able to remove it from the tire with no leak.
