Opinions on This Used 991

Hi, wondering what you guys think of this used 991 in Vancouver, BC Canada.

I inquired about it and this is what the dealers said:

It might seem like it’s been sold 3 times in 2 years but two of them could be dealers. If that’s the case the car has only been sold once to an end user.
Here's the Car Proof:

What do you think? Raise any red flags or perfectly normal?

Any advice appreciated. My last two Porsche were bought new. I'm not familiar with things to watch out for in the used market.

Not telling you anything you don't already know, could be normal, could be a CF. A Carfax will help, they will show it as a lease or personal vehicle, etc.

Could your local dealer run the VIN and see its history?

Best of luck.

Just being auctioned is a concern. Ususally only cars with something the dealers dont like go to auction. Otherwise they would sell it on their lot for more.

I have gone to quite a few Manheim highline auctions and believe me there are plenty of great cars that go through auction.

So true, in fact 99% of what I usually see on Carfax is either DMV or dealer reported items. From basic oil changes to engine overhauls, it seems dealers provide most of whats on there.
