Has anyone that had the factory wheel spacers kept the front ones and just replaced the rears with aftermarket ones? Thinking of changing the rears to 15 and keeping the 5's up front.

On the 2S many use 7F X 15R, but since it's only 2mm diff (about .08") per side compared with the OEM Porsche you already have, save some $ & just get the rears.
For the 4S maybe a little thinner rear...

4S rear offset wheels are ET52
2S rear offset wheels are ET70

4S rear body a little wider than 2S. Not sure of the exact difference (1.7" wider than the base Carrera - not S)

I kept the 5mm on my fronts and went with 15mm in the back on a C4S. It looks good

No rubbing? Any noticeable handling changes?

No and no, just looks. It was worth doing. I don't think its worth going from 5mm to 7mm in the front plus you lose your wheel locks.
